People have been asking for details.
Age, time frame, etc.
So here is what I know :)
How old are the children?
Most children are matched with a family around 14 months and come home around 18 months.

Gender?
We would prefer a boy, but are open to a child of either gender.
Time frame?
At this point in time it is a 12+ month wait to be matched with a child. From match to travel, it is roughly 6 months.
Orphanage?
Thailand has a strong foster care program. This provides a highly nurturing environment for children who are likely to need adoptive families outside of Thailand. Most children are cared for by foster families until the adoptive families come to bring them home. Some children are also placed from institutions.
Information Received?
At the time of referral, we will receive the Initial Social History, Initial Physical Examination and usually blood test report for VDRL. Progress reports are received quarterly with information on the child's health and development.
