There is a flood in Thailand right now. It is not receding. In fact, it has reached Bangkok, the nations capitol, where most people have been evacuated to. 2.5 million people disrupted, 110,000 in shelters and at least 366 dead. The damages are estimated at over 10 Billion US dollars - and counting.

All of the children and foster families under the care of our agency are safe, although many of them have lost their homes.

Those families who were expecting to travel Dec. 1st to bring their children home to their forever families have been delayed until February, or longer.

Please be in prayer for the people of Thailand. Be in prayer for the children. Who have already suffered great loss and now an uncertain change is taking place in their lives.

Our God is God over the floods.

The LORD sat as King at the flood; Yes, the LORD sits as King forever.
Psalm 29:10

  1. My mom is in Thailand right now for meetings. They were originally scheduled to be in Bangkok but were changed to another town due to the flooding.

We would love to hear from you!
